We have decided to change trash removal companies for Grant Meadows, Wimbledon Court, Michner Court, Krewstown Park, Franklin Square, Keystone Lofts, Haldeman Manor, and Park Circle Apartments. We will be switching to a company called Gold Medal Disposal. This will occur at the end of this month.
In order to make the transition seamless, the old dumpsters will be removed on Thursday, September 30th, and the new dumpsters will be delivered on Friday, October 1st. Therefore, there will be a short period of time when your property will not have any dumpsters on site. We request that you assist us in this transition by not putting any trash in the dumpster areas until the new dumpsters are delivered.
