As you may know, Liss Property Group has partnered with PropertyBridge to offer the convenience of electronic rent payments.

This letter is to inform you of a change to your payment options within the PropertyBridge system.  Due to credit card association rules and regulations governing compliance, we regret to inform you that we are unable to offer one-time payment via "Pay by Bank Account" (ACH) through the Resident Portal.

You will still have the option to make a one-time ACH payment from your bank account, but you will simply have to call into the Management Office and have the Manager place this over the phone for you.

You will also still have the option to set up free recurring ACH payments from your bank account, or to make a one- time payment with your credit/debit card with a convenience fee through the Resident Portal.

We also offer the option to pay your rent in cash at any of 35,000+ MoneyGram agent locations across the U.S., like Walmart.  For more information on this payment option and to get your unique account number, click on the "Pay by Cash at MoneyGram" tab.

It's easy to get started with online payments!  Register or log in at the following website:  www.lisspropertygroup.com and click Pay Rent Online.

We hope that you will take advantage of online payments, including the free and convenient recurring "Pay by Bank Account" (ACH) option.  Follow the prompts to set up a recurring payment schedule, and never again worry when rent is due!
