We received many calls last week when we took away the one time ACH payment option in the resident portal. We have decided to add this option back into the portal, but per Visa and Mastercard payment compliance rules, we had to take away the pay by credit card/debit card button.

If you pay your rent by credit card or debit card every month, please click the "Pay by Phone" button in the resident portal. This will give you an 800 number and a unique resident code so that you can call in and pay your balance and submit your credit or debit card over the phone.

Your manager can also assist you in paying by credit or debit card by phone, or you can call propertybridge support at (888) 988-5724. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause, but we have to stay compliant with the credit card agencies.
